browser  IBrowser
The IBrowser instance this method extends.
x  Int32
The x coordinate relative to upper-left corner of view.
y  Int32
The y coordinate relative to upper-left corner of view.
deltaX  Int32
The delta x coordinate.
deltaY  Int32
The delta y coordinate.
modifiers  CefEventFlags
The modifiers.

Usage Note
