Parameters

targetId

Type: SystemString
targetId

flatten (Optional)

Type: SystemNullableBoolean
Enables "flat" access to the session via specifying sessionId attribute in the commands.We plan to make this the default, deprecate non-flattened mode,and eventually retire it. See crbug.com/991325.
