Parameters

scheme
Type: SystemString
is the protocol of the proxy server, and is one of: 'http', 'socks', 'socks4', 'socks5'. Also note that 'socks' is equivalent to 'socks5'.
host

proxy host
port
Type: SystemNullableInt32
proxy port
